What is Ayurveda?​​

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of holistic healing from India.
Often called the Art of Living, Ayurveda offers a deeply individualized approach to health through diet, lifestyle, seasonal cleansing, herbs, yoga and meditation—restoring balance to the body, mind, senses, and soul.
In Ayurveda, health is more than the absence of disease; it is the harmony of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. The purpose of Ayurveda is to promote vitality, prevent illness, and support longevity by addressing the root causes of imbalance.
